To help us deliver your order without delays, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Taxes & Duties
All applicable taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged any additional import duties or customs fees for deliveries within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on orders over £40
- Orders below £40 are charged £4.99 for shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or your order requires additional processing time, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods, severe weather, or carrier delays.
Deliveries are not normally made on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together whenever possible.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers including Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, UPS and FedEx.
The shipping carrier will be selected based on your delivery address and the most suitable available service.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery online.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet been shipped can usually be cancelled.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.
